Invitation Wording

Selecting just the right wording for your invitation can be a daunting challenge.

At Celebrations, we recommend starting with a site such as VerseIt.com. It gives you a good starting point, with thousands of options for every possible situation.

You can then further customize you invitation to meet your specific needs. For example, if your choose not have children at your wedding, simply adding "Adults only please" at the bottom of your invitation can tactfully deliver the message.

If you have any specific questions about wording or etiquette, please feel free to post it here, or send us a email at g@yourcelebration.net.

The Beginning

We finally decided to start a blog of the current events here at Celebrations.

For those who don't already know, Celebrations is ran by Geneise & Ed Waltmon. We've been members of the BBB for 2 years, and in business 3.

We built a shop on the lot adjacent to our home. It is loaded with paper, and heavy equipment. Unfortunately, we just don't have space for a show room and all the equipment. So for now, all our meetings are off site, usually at a neighborhood Starbucks.

So what can we do?

We can print on any kind of paper, napkins, satin, ribbon, silk, and leather. Our speciality is invitations, but we can also do general printing type work, such as carbon forms, business cards, notepads, hot foil, die cutting, thermography, etc.

What languages do we support?

That's easy, all of them. Our motto is: 'We may not be able to read it, but we can print it.' We have successfully printed English, Spanish and Arabic. Need a different language, just ask, we can do it. And don't worry, you will receive as many proofs as needed to make sure your invitation is right, before placing your final order.

And we do it all in our shop. Nothing gets sent out, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
